I think i have a virus and i might be infected, what should I do?
Viruses come suddenly when browsing or downloading from the internet here are the recommendations you should take under consideration to avoide data loss or futher damages to your system.
- Back up all your data to an external device (CD's DVD's or External HD)
- Do not type, share or enter any vital confidential information on the computer.(SSN's, Credit Cards, Driver's Licence ETC)
- Take your computer to repair.
My laptop won't boot.
If your trying to boot your laptop and no lights will come on, it could be that your motherboard fried, or there was a shortage inside, it could also mean various of things, like video issues; however if your laptop does have lights when you try to boot, it could mean that you are facing a software issue.
Recommendations:
Access advance options and try " Last known Configuration" see if you get pass the windows logo.
What is a Blue Screen of Death?
Also known as BSOD, when your computer displays a BSOD you will see white letters and a blue background , this error is important since such thing could be cause by a varios of things including virus, new hardware installtions, simply attaching a usb, or event possible hardware faliure.
